Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern all sales made by Amos Mann Furniture, hereinafter referred to as "The Company."

1. Inspection and Reporting:

• All items must be diligently inspected upon delivery and signed for accordingly. Any damages must be promptly reported in writing within 7 days from the delivery date. The Company will not be liable for any claims made after this period.

2. Costs and Carriage:

• The Company shall not bear responsibility for any costs incurred beyond the value of the goods supplied. In the case of direct home delivery, the Company will not be accountable for any carriage expenses.

3. Self-Assembly Furniture:

• Furniture provided for self-assembly cannot be returned once the carton has been opened. Replacement or missing parts will be dispatched either directly to the customer or to you.

4. Price Adjustments:

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Product Alterations:

• The Company reserves the right to modify, alter, or discontinue any item without prior notification. Any specifications or particulars provided by the Company are given in good faith and are intended to be approximate and for guidance purposes only.

6. Ownership and Payment:

• Any goods supplied will remain the property of The Company until payment has been received in full.

7. Delivery Charges:

• Delivery charges are non-refundable once an order is dispatched. Failed deliveries may also be subject to a returns carriage charge.

8. Returns and Refunds:

• The Company's returns and refunds policy is available here. This policy outlines the conditions for accepting returns, timeframes for processing refunds, and any associated fees or restocking charges.
