What is Drop Ship Service?

Our Drop Ship Service allows you to effortlessly deliver furniture directly to your customers. Simply provide us with your customer's name and delivery address, and we'll handle the rest. All the hard work done for you! This not only saves you valuable time but also eliminates the need for extensive storage space, ultimately reducing costs. For larger items, delivery typically takes 7-10 working days from the dispatch date, while smaller items are delivered within 2-3 working days from the order placement.

Direct Home Delivery (DHD)

Please note that our Direct Home Delivery (DHD) service is not a home approval service. We will promptly dispatch items directly to your end customers upon request. Keep in mind that due to the nature of DHD and the associated expenses, orders can only be cancelled if they have not been dispatched.

Pallets to Home Service

For larger orders, we offer a cost-effective Pallets to Home delivery option. This service entails pallet delivery and ensures that items are delivered as close as possible to your customer's door. Delivery for this option typically takes 3-4 days.

Additional Delivery Charges

Please be aware that additional charges apply for large items being delivered to specific postcodes, including: AB, CA, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV, KA, KW, KY, LD, LL, ML, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TD, TR, TQ. Prior to placing any orders destined for these postcodes, please contact us for a delivery price. Please note that we currently do not offer home delivery services outside of the UK Mainland.

Delivery Process

Upon delivery to the end user, we will obtain a signature as proof of delivery in good order. If requested, proof of delivery can be emailed to you.

Handling Damaged Items

In the rare event that an item is received damaged or contains a missing part, we will promptly provide replacement parts at no cost within a reasonable timeframe. Damages must be reported in writing within 7 days, and images of the damage must be sent to our team. Please kindly note if the damage was caused by your carrier, replacement parts will be supplied at an additional cost.
